摘要
调查了中心血管药物的使用情况 ,并总结了用药体会。提出护士应加强心血管药物通用名、新剂型、输液配伍化学、时辰药理学知识的学习。应充分发挥护士观察力在药物不良反应发现中的价值。和不同用药习惯的医生交接班时 ,尤应注意医嘱的正确执行。
Experience in use of cardiovascular drugs in clinical nursing were introduced and discussed.Nurse should enhance learning knowledge of clinical pharmacy,including generic names and new forms of durgs,drug interaction,infusion compatiblity,chronopharmacology,etc.Nurse' observation play an important role in detection of untoward reactions.When doctors having different habits of prescribing alternated,nurse should pay more attention to carry out the orders.
