摘要
根据肾移植术后患者生理、心理特点的不同 ,将肾移植术后的护理分为 3个阶段 :第 1阶段为手术 1个月内 ,第 2阶段为手术 1～ 6个月 ,第 3阶段为手术 6个月后。根据各阶段不同的特点 ,制定不同的护理对策和重点 ,初步建立了有利于延长移植肾存活时间和提高患者生存质量 ,以“健康宣教”为重要内容的整体护理体系。
According to the physiological and psychological charactenstics of the patients after the renal transplantation into three strages:strage 1:in 1 mouth after operation.Stage 2:1-6 month after operation.Stage 3:after 6 months postoperation.Basing on the different stage,we adopt different nursing strategies and establish the holistic care system to prolong the surviral of the renal graft and improre the living condition of the patient preliminarily.The main content of the holistic care system is “health instruction”.
