摘要
目的:通过研究补肝益肾清脂饮对实验性高脂血症大鼠的影响,观察其对血脂的影响。方法:选取Wistar大鼠,雄性,体重(180±20)g,将其随机分为6组,10只/组,分别为空白对照组,高脂模型组,清脂饮大、中、小剂量组,血脂康组。空白组正常饮食;高脂模型组喂食高脂饲料;药物组除高脂饮食外,每日给予相应的药物灌胃;各组每鼠每日喂20g,连续喂食6周。干预6周后,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(H D L-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(L D L-C)含量。结果:补肝益肾清脂饮对高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)有降低作用,并能升高HDL-C水平(P<0.05)。结论:补肝益肾清脂饮对高脂血症大鼠具有调节血脂的作用。
Objective：To observe the effects of blood lipid regulation Qingzhiyin on experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods： Sixty rats weighted 180--20g were divided into 6 groups randomLy. There were 10 rats in every group. They are control group , hyperlipidemia model group , Qingzhiyin high_dose group, Qingzhiyin middle_dose group , Qingzhiyin low_dose group and Xuezhikang group . The rats of control group were reared by common fodder. The rats of hyperlipidemia group were reared by high lipid fodder . The rats of Qingzhiyin groups and Xuezhikang group were lavaged with respective drugs besides reared by high fat fodder . Each ral were reared about 20 gram once a day for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, The content of blood lipids include TC, TG , LDL-C level and HDL C level were determined. Results： Compared with hyperlipidemia model group, Qingzhiyin could decrease TC, TG and LDL-C level（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）, increase HDL-C level（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results indicated that Qingzhiyln had adjusted action on blood lipids of hyperlipidemia rats.
