摘要
目的通过调查,掌握社区卫生服务中心中成药使用情况,分析存在问题和产生原因,促进合理用药。方法从本中心信息系统中,随机提取2012年1—5月每个月5个工作日的门诊中成药处方,对用药合理性进行分析,有针对性地剖析产生问题的原因。结果本次调查共抽取处方47 597张,其中中成药处方28 063张,占处方总数的58.96%。中医执业医师开具的中成药处方4490张,仅占16.00%,西医执业医师开具的中成药处方23573张,占84.00%。中成药不合理用药处方数7565张,占调查中成药处方的26.96%。不合理用药情况主要有:①用药与诊断不符(46.29%);②重复开具同类功效中成药(25.19%);③用量用法不规范(22.39%);④疗程不合理(9.72%);⑤配伍不合理(4.55%)。结论社区中成药使用不合理现象比较突出,应加强管理。
Objective To master of irrational use situation of traditional Chinese patent prescription medicine in commu- nity health service center, disclose the existing problems and discuss the causes, and promote the rational use of traditional Chinese patent drugs. Methods The Chinese traditional medicine prescriptions for outpatients in five working days of each month from January to May in 2012 were selected to analyze the rationality of drug use. The causes of the problems were pertinently analyzed. Results The survey was taken among 47 597 prescriptions ,28 063 Chinese medicine prescrip- tions accounted for 58.96%. Traditional Chinese medicine prescription practitioners issued 4490, accounted for only 16% ,western medicine practitioners issued 23 573, accounted for 84%. Unreasonable Chinese medicine patent prescrip- tion number was 7565, accounted for 26.96%. The irrational drug use were ： medication incompatible with the diagnosis （46.29%） ;repeated similar efficacy of proprietary Chinese medicines （25.19%） ;issued by the usage of non-standard （22.39%） ; unreasonable course of treatment （ 9.72% ） ; and unreasonable compatibility （4.55%）. Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational use of Chinese patent prescription medicine in community health service center was seriously. The management of medicine use should be strengthened.
