摘要
在分析目前我国知识产权风险投资存在问题的基础上,从政策与法律法规、资本市场、管理、技术以及教育五个方面探究其成因,并借鉴发达国家的有关经验,提出建立和完善我国知识产权风险投资制度的对策与建议。
Based on the research of current problems in intellectual property venture capital in our country, the paper ex- plores the causes from policy and laws, capital market, management, technology and education. Referenced from developed country＇ s experience, the paper raises some countermeasures and adviees in establishing and perfecting the system of in- tellectual property venture capital.
