摘要
江苏省金融支持科技型中小企业自主创新进程取得显著成效,然而金融支持机制不够完善,资金投资主体缺乏,政策性协同不够以及金融支持中介服务不健全等问题的存在制约了科技型中小企业的创新发展速度。为实现江苏金融促进科技创新的总体目标,提出构建"政府引导支持、金融主导支持和中介服务支持"三位一体的金融支持科技型中小企业自主创新的路径选择。
In recent years, the process of SME independent innovation of financial support has achieved remarkable results in Jiangsu. However, there exist many problems that bind the speed of innovation and development of high -tech SMEs, for example, imperfect financial support mechanisms, lack of capital investment, inadequate policy synergy and unsound intermediary services of financial support. To achieve overall objective that finance promotes scientific and technological in- novation in Jiangsu, the paper proposes that it is necessary to build the path of trinity of financial support to SME independ- ent innovation, namely, government guidance support, finance dominant support and intermediary services support.
