摘要 智能热敏打印头,采用负温度系数的薄膜金属材料,使得热敏发热体即可以作为加热印字单元,也可以作为温度检测单元。因此,与传统的热敏打印技术相比,智能热敏打印头在进行信息图像文字的加热印字或加热消去的同时,通过精确的高速温度反馈系统,可对每个热敏发热体单元的温度进行实时检测,从而实现精确的印加能量控制,达到高品质的印刷质量。 By means of the negative temperature coefficient of thin film metal material, intelligent thermal print head (iTPH) is becoming possible to be more than heating print unit but to be temperature sensor. Compared with conventional thermal print technology, during printing and erasing media, the new technology with iTPH can detect the real-time temperature of each heater element and make it possible to control the applied energy for each heater element by the high-speed temperature feedback system, so that the high printing quality can be achieved.
