摘要
目的为分析探讨中医护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎中的影响。方法将60例溃疡性结肠炎随机分为A组和B组各30例,A组使用传统常规方法,B组在传统治疗基础应用中医护理措施。A组与B组进行对比观察。结果 B组总有效率显著高于A组,总有效率分别为83.3%与53.3%,两组有显着差异(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预可以促进溃疡性结肠炎患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention on ulcerative colitis. Methods 60 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into A group and B group with 30 cases in each group, A group using the conventional method, the B group in the conventional treatment based on the application of TCM nursing measures. A group and B group were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that in A group, the total efficiency was 83.3 % and 53.3 %, the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients with ulcerative colitis, is worthy of clinical application.
