摘要
在用固相法生产氰尿酸时,利用燃硫法生产硫酸的中间产品SO2和SO3所带的工业废热,通过隧道式裂解炉以代替传统的燃煤产生的烟道气作为尿素裂解的热源。本法生产的氰尿酸粗品,质量稳定,纯度高。
In solid phase process of cyanuric acid production, the cyanuric acid crude product is made by crack ucea in a tunnel crack oven, we used the industrial waste heat which is brought by SO2 and SO3 produced in sulfuric acid production of burning sulfur process to instead the smoke produced by burning coal in tradition production. The cyanuric acid crude product produced by the new technolog has steady quality and high purity.
