摘要
在中密度纤维板施胶系统中,需要对所有的任务进行合理的调度,从而实现纤维质与胶液的动态平衡。利用传统的时隙间隔算法进行任务调度,假设任务量过大,将造成调度冲突,从而导致中密度纤维板施胶效果不理想。为了避免上述缺陷,提出了一种基于时隙优化算法的中密度纤维板施胶系统任务调度防冲突方法。对需要调度的任务进行预测,计算单位时间内需要调度任务冲突的概率。利用时隙优化防冲突方法,对中密度纤维板施胶系统进行防冲突运算。实验结果表明,利用本文算法进行中密度纤维板施胶系统的任务调度防冲突运算,能够有效提高中密度纤维板的质量,降低了上述过程中需要耗费的成本,取得了令人满意的效果。
In the medium density fiberboard sizing system, the need for all the tasks that reasonable scheduling, so as to realize fiber and rubber fluid dynamic balance. Using the traditional timeslot interval algorithm for task scheduling, assuming that the task is too big, quantity will cause scheduling conflict, leading to medium density fiberboard sizing effect is not ideal. In order to avoid the defect, the article puts forward a method based on timeslot optimization algorithm of medium density fiberboard sizing system task scheduling anti-collision method. To be scheduling task to carry on the forecast, computing unit time need scheduling task conflict probability. Use timeslot optimization anti-collision method of medium density fiberboard sizing system for anti-collision operation. The experimental results show that this algorithm using medium density fiberboard sizing system task scheduling anti-collision operation, can effectively improve the quality of medium density fiberboard, reduce the process need to cost, and achieved satisfactory results.
