摘要
由于神经计算在信息处理方面的独特性和应用价值，目前已成为智能信息处理研究和应用领域的热点之一。该文针对人工种经网络应用系统的分析和设计问题，考察了人工神经网络在信息处理方面的机制和特点，给出了神经网络应用系统的一种开发模型，探讨了系统实现的系统观和方法论，讨论了在神经网络应用系统开发过程中的有关问题和原则。
Neural-Network (NN)has become one of hotspots in the fields of intelligent information processing and the application which is paid enormous amounts of attention and experiencing rapid growth recently. In this paper,the problems of analysis and design for Artificial Neural-network Application Systems (ANNAS)are researched,the mechanism and peculiarities of NN in information processing are reviewed,and a system developing model of ANNAS and it's system viewpoints and methodology of implement are described.
