摘要
通过熔融共混制备了酒糟(DG)增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,考察了DG用量、粒径以及马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)相容剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,DG的加入使得复合材料的热稳定性和阻燃性能提高;PP/DG复合材料的结晶温度随DG含量的增加而升高,说明DG对PP有异相成核的作用;当粒径为100μm的DG用量为10%(质量分数,下同)时,复合材料的缺口冲击强度相比纯PP提高了55.2%;一定的粒径范围内,复合材料的力学性能与DG粒径呈正相关;PP-g-MAH含量为2%,DG含量为10%的复合材料的拉伸强度比未加相容剂时提高了9.3%,比纯PP提高了4.1%;PP-g-MAH的加入使得DG颗粒与PP基体间的界面结合明显改善。
In the present study, distiller grain (DG) was introduced into polypropylene (PP) forming composites through melt blending. The effect of content and particle size of DG on the mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of PP/DG composites was investigated. It was found that the thermal stability and flame retardancy were improved with the addition of DG (100μm). The crystallization temperature increased with increasing content of DG, indicating a heterogeneous nucleation effect. The mechanical properties of composites increased with increasing size of DG. Compared with neat PP, the Izod impact strength of the composites containing 10 wt of DG increased by 55.2 %, the tensile strength increased by 9. 3 %. When 2wt % of PP-g-MAH was introduced as a compatibilizer, an increase of 4. 1 % of tensile strength was observed. The fracture surfaces of the composites reveal that interfacial bonding between the filler and the matrix was significantly improved with the addition of PP-g-MAH.
