摘要
动脉粥样硬化是最常见、最重要的一种血管病,具有高发病率、致残率和致死率等特点。动脉粥样硬化的本质是本虚标实,因而从"痰瘀热毒"入手,把握动脉粥样硬化的病因病机,从而抓住其辨证的关键。故在临证时要标本兼治,促进正气的恢复,同时也要兼顾方药的加减变化,从而取得良好的疗效。本文从阴虚瘀毒方面来论治动脉粥样硬化并将笔者的临床体会介绍如下。
Atherosclerosis （AS） is a vascular disease, the most common and most important, have the characteristics of high morbidity, mortality and disability rate. The essence of atherosclerosis is Benxu Biaoshi, Starting from the ＂Tanyu Redu＂, grasp the pathogenesis of AS, grasp the essential of discrimirtate. So in the clinic to Biaoben Jian Zhi and promote healthy atmosphere, Addition and subtraction also need to take into account the prescription, so as to achieve good results. This paper from the aspects of Yinxu Yudu in treating AS and the author＇s clinical experience introduction to be as follows.
