摘要
目的探讨脑血管造影术患者围手术期的护理效果。方法选择2012年2月~2012年8月行脑血管造影术患者80例,上述患者均符合脑血管造影术适应证,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均行股动脉插管全脑血管造影术。对照组给予脑血管造影术常规护理,观察组在对照组护理措施基础上实施综合性护理干预。观察两组患者术前紧张情绪情况,记录并发症发生情况,如穿刺部位出血、皮下血肿、脑血管痉挛等。结果观察组紧张情绪分级中0级和1级所占比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血管造影术患者实施有效的综合性围手术期护理干预有利于手术进行和减少并发症,护理效果显著。
Objective To discuss the nursing efficacy of cerebral angiography in perioperative period. Methods 80 ca- ses who performed cerebral angiography from Feb. 2012 to Aug. 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were performed cerebral angiography. Control group was given conventional nursing, while observation group was added comprehensive nursing intervention. The stress conditions before operation were observed and the incidence of complications such as hemorrhage in puncture site, subcutaneous hematoma and cerebral vasospasm were recorded. Results In emotional tension grading, the proportion of grade 0 and grade 1 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference had statistical sig^lificanee （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effective comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention is helpful to the suecess of operation and can reduce the complications, the nursing effect is obvious.
