摘要
物流服务商的评价和选择是物流外包成功与否的关键环节。基于生产商与物流服务商之间的战略合作伙伴关系和企业的社会环境保护责任,设计了物流服务商的三级评价指标体系,并运用灰色多层次综合评价法进行全面、系统的评价。在评价过程中,采用层次分析法和熵值法对评价指标进行组合赋权,兼顾主客观赋权优点,提高评价结果的准确性。最后通过算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In this paper, we designed the three- level evaluation index system of logistics service providers and used the grey multi- layered comprehensive evaluation method to have a comprehensive and systematic evaluation. During the evaluation process, we combined the AHP and entropy value methods to weight the evaluation indexes. At the end we used a numerical example to test the feasibility and validity of the method.
