摘要 给出了一种面向准危重病人的区域化无线监护系统的设计方法。设计了集成血压、心率、体温、血氧饱和度检测功能于一体的多生理参数无线腕式采集器,具有尺寸小、功耗低、便于佩戴等优点。开发了基于非标准协议星形与ZigBee树形相结合的混合型无线数据传输网络,可很好地扩展网络容量,提高数据传输效率,降低成本,缩短开发周期。借助网络演算相关知识,推导出由ZigBee树形网络拓扑结构和传输特性决定的节点输入\输出数据流上界、节点带宽需求及延迟上界等性能参数,为树形网络拓扑构建提供理论支持。建立了相应的中心监护站,完成所有病人生理信息获取、数据库管理、生理与通信异常报警、远程提醒、动态显示等功能。制作了相应的原理样机,在医院局部范围内验证了该系统的有效性。 The paper presents the design method of a regional wireless monitoring system for quasi-critical patients. A mul- tiple physiological parameter wireless wrist-type collector was designed, which integrates the detection functions for blood pressure ,heart rate ,body temperature and blood oxygen saturation, and has the advantages of small size, low power con- sumption, and easy to wear. A hybrid wireless data transmission network based on the combination of non-standard protocol star network and ZigBee tree network was developed,which is beneficial to expand the capacity of wireless network, im- prove the efficiency of data transmission ,reduce the cost, and shorten the development cycle. Some performance parameters determined by the topological structure and transmission characteristics of ZigBee tree network are derived with network calculus knowledge ,such as the input/output data stream bound,bandwidth demand and delay bound,which provides theo- retical support for the ZigBee tree network topology construction. The corresponding central monitoring station was estab- lished ,which has the functions of physiological information acquisition ,database management,alarms for abnormal physiol- ogy and communication ,remote reminding, dynamic display, and so on. The related prototypes of the system were devel- oped,which verifies the effectiveness of the system in the local area of a hospital.
