摘要
目的:对肿瘤所致上腔静脉综合征的治疗进行探讨。方法:1998年2月—2000年3月我科收治上腔静脉综合征(简称SVCS)14例,给予60C。γ线外照射同时联合COP方案化疗。结果:完全缓解5例,完全缓解率35.7％(5/14)。部分缓解7例,部分缓解率50％(7/14),总有效率85.3％。结论:放疗联合COP方案治疗上腔静脉综合征近期疗效较满意。
Objective:To explore the treatment of Superior Vena Caval Syndrome caused by tumor. Methods From 2. 1998 - 3. 2000,our department treated 14patients with Superior Vena Caval Syndrome (simply called SVCS). We gave them 60Co r-ray external radiation u-nited COP to make chemotherapy. Results:CR is 5 patients. CR rate is 35. 7%(5/14),PR is 7 patients. PRrate is 50%(7/14). Toal efficient rate is 85. 3%. Conclusion Good therapeutic effect can be obtained by means of radiotherapy united COP for SVCS.
