摘要
目的了解特殊职业背景下护士的心理现状,分析心理失衡的原因,为护理管理者提供参考依据。方法采用症状自评量表对我院健康管理中心护士进行心理测试,应用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行分析。结果除人际关系和恐怖因子与常模差异无统计学意义,其他各项体检中心护士均明显高于常模。高年资护士SCL-90因子值明显高于低、中年资护士。结论体检中心护士的心理健康存在问题,应针对性地给予干预措施,以促进其身心健康。
Objective To investigate the psychological status of nurses with special occupation background and analyze the cause of psychological imbalance in order to provide evidence for management. Methods The mental test on nurses was performed by using symptom self-rating scale (Symptom Checklist 90) and the data were analyzed with SPSS 13.0. Results The self-rating inde- xes of nurses worked in physical examination center were higher than that of norm except interpersonal sensitive and phobic anxiety fac- tors. SCL-90 scoresof high qualification nurses was significantly higher than the low seniority nurses. Conclusion We should pay more attention to psychological pressure of nurses in medical center and take timely and appropriate intervention to promote their physical and psychological health.
