摘要
目的对1例应用自体造血干细胞移植治疗淋巴瘤的患者进行分析。方法临床药师参与患者的整个移植过程,结合患者的临床症状和用药情况提出药学建议。结果使患者安然度过移植初期,且移植后并发症得到明显改善。结论临床药师协助医生完善治疗方案,将药物的不良反应降到最低,改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective One case of lymphoma treated with the autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was analyzed. Methods The clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of the patient＇s transplantation and proposed the pharmaceutical suggestion based on the patient＇s clinical symptoms and medications. Results It made the patient survive the initial transplantation and significantly ameliorate the complications of post-transplantation. Conclusion The clinical pharmacists help doctors to optimize therapeutic regimens and minimize the adverse reaction. Therefore, the patient＇s quality of life is improved.
