摘要
聚天冬氨酸(PASP)是一种新型的可生物降解的环境友好型阻垢缓蚀剂,为了增强阻垢性能,对其进行改性研究。结果表明:用29.4 g马来酸酐通过聚合法得到前驱体聚琥珀酰亚胺,将聚琥珀酰亚胺的1/2为母体,以硫脲对其进行开环,当硫脲用量1g,改性缩聚温度100℃,反应时间2.5h时,获得改性PASP的阻垢效果最佳;红外光谱证明了硫脲的一个氨基与原支链上的羧基发生缩合生成酰胺键,在PASP侧链上增加了新的官能团而使其阻垢率提高。
Polyaspartic acid (PASP) is a new biodegradable environment-friendly scale inhibitor. Research on its modification has been performed in order to enhance its scale inhibiting capacity. The results show that the prede- cessor bodies-polysuccinimides (PSI) can be obtained by 29.4 g of maleic anhydride melt polymerization. 1/2 of polysuccinimides as the matrix can be modified with sulfourea for its ring opening. When sulfourea dosage is 1 g, condensation temperature 100 ℃ ,and reaction time 2.5 h,the scale inhibiting capacity of polysuccinimides is the best. Then, an amino of thiourea condenses with carboxyl,forming an amide linkage. Since a new functional group is added to the literal chain of PASP, its scale inhibiting capacity has been improved.
