摘要
针对唐山不锈钢有限责任公司1 580 mm热轧带钢生产线低碳冷轧料在距离带钢头部110 m处出现宽度严重拉窄缩颈的现象,通过调整卷取机咬入过程的力矩限幅程序,优化层冷辊道超前率、夹送辊超前率、带钢屈服强度、张力分配等参数,基本解决了带钢头部的颈缩现象,满足了用户的使用要求。
To solve the problem: low - carbon cold rolling strip material is seriously stretched to cause its width shrink at 110 m to the head of the strip steel, measures are adopted: changing the torque limiting pro- gram for biting process of coiler, optimizing parameters such as leading rate of layer cooling roller, leading rate of pinch roll, yield strength of strip steel and distribution of tension and etc. With those the neck - shrink at the head of strip steel is basically solved.
