摘要
对唐钢4#高炉(有效容积3 200 m3)中修前后的原燃料水平、各项技术经济指标及操作思路进行了对比,找到了冷却壁体温度波动、炉温离散度及全炉温差标准偏差与燃料比变化的关系。通过优化装料制度、控制合理的煤气流分布、提高煤气利用率,在保证冷却壁体温度波动合理的同时,燃料比由530kg/tFe降至516 kg/tFe。
It is compared the levels of' raw and fuel materials, various technical and economic indexes, and operation ideas of 4# blast furnace ( effective volume 3 200 m3 ) of Tang Steel before and after medium re pair, found out the relation between fuel ratio change and temperature fluctuation of cooling wall, dispersion of furnace temperature and standard deviation of whole - furnace temperature difference. By optimizing load ing system, controlling reasonable gas flow distribution, improving gas utilization rate, the fuel ratio is de creased from 530 to 516 kg/tFe with temperature fluctuation of cooling wall being kept reasonable level.
