随着年龄的增长,人体的生理机能逐渐减弱,老年人群的机体免疫力下降是其表现之一。根据不同人群的年龄、体质特征,科学合理的膳食是极其重要的保障正常生理机能的有效措施。通过综合分析,提出老年人群应注意的营养问题及合理的膳食结构,提高自身免疫力,为健康生活打下基础。
Along with the growth of the age, the body's physiological function gradually weakened, falling immunity in elderly population is one of the manifestations. According to the age characteristics of different groups of people, reasonable diet is very important effective measures to ensure the normal physiological function. Through the analysis, nutritional problems and reasonable diet structure should be paid attention to the elderly to lay the foundation for a healthy life.
