摘要
比较玉竹脂溶性成分、总皂苷和多酚类的抗氧化活性。使用GC-MS联用仪测定脂溶性成分,用福林-酚法测定多酚含量,用硫酸-香草醛法测定总皂苷含量。以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)法和铁离子还原(FRAP)法分析各提取物的体外抗氧化活性。3种提取物均有较强的抗氧化活性,且其抗氧化能力均呈一定的量效关系。玉竹多酚类抗氧化活性优于皂苷类,脂溶性成分抗氧化活性最弱。
To analyze and compare the difference of antioxidant activities of three extracts of Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.)Druce: the fat-soluble components , polyphenols and total saponins. The fat-soluble components were subjected to GC-MS analysis; polyphenols were determined by Folin-Ciocaheu's method; total saponins was determinated by the means of vanillin-sulfuric acid method. Meanwhile, their antioxidant activity was tested by in vitro DPPH and FRAP assays. All extracts were exhibited antioxidant activities in a concentration-dependent manner. The antioxidant activity of polyphenols was superior to that of the other extracts. The antioxidant activity of the fat-soluble components is the most weak.
