酚酞型聚芳醚砜导电复合材料导电机理的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 酚酞型聚芳醚砜是一种高性能工程塑料,由它与导电性填料复合制得的导电复合材料具有优良的综合性能。笔者针对模压成型的碳纤维和炭黑填充酚酞型聚芳醚砜复合材料中导电通路的构造特征进行了探讨,认为三维导电网络是由作二维排布的填料沿模压方向交叠构成的。 Basing on the investigation of conductive composites comprised of polyarylethersul-fone with cardo group (PES-C) , short carbon fiber (CF) and carbon black (CB) , the paper suggested a possible conduction mechanism that continuous spatial electrical paths through the matrix resin were formed. CF and CB were found dispersed nonuniformly and disorderly in PES-C, and distributed without connection on the planes perpendicular to the moulding direction. The electric conduction was made by the contact of one filler with another situated in the neighbouring planes.
