摘要
本文以萘系FDN减水剂为母体,复合多种有机物、无机物组分,制备了新型高效减水保塑剂。通过净浆、砂浆流动度实验及混凝土坍落度经时损失等实验,优选出最佳复合组分。工程应用情况表明,新型高效减水保塑剂可弥补原有萘系减水剂坍落度经时损失大、与膨胀剂相容性不好等缺点,适用于配制早强、高强、自密实、泵送钢管混凝土。
New type superplasicizer, compcsed of sulphonated naphthalene-formaldehyde condensates and some other chemicals, car resistant slump loss greatly and has a good compatbility with cements of different types. We usde it to the steel tube pumping concrete which has high strength and self-compacting successfully.
