摘要
收集2003年8月至2012年7月由周仲瑛教授诊治的门诊食管癌患者156例,建立周仲瑛教授辨治食管癌个案数据库,提取包括病位证素及病理因素在内的食管癌患者病机要素,并采用频数法、因子分析法进行分析。结果 156例食管癌患者共提取病机要素18个,其中病理因素12个,病位证素6个。实性病理因素主要是瘀血、痰浊、气郁、火热,虚性病理因素主要为阴伤、气虚;病位证素主要涉及胃、脾、肝、肺。将频率大于10%的病机要素进行因子分析,共提取5个公因子,因子1为湿邪、火热、肝;因子2为气虚、阴伤;因子3为瘀血、痰浊;因子4为气郁、胃、肝;因子5为肺、胃。提示周仲瑛教授辨治食管癌病机要素分为虚实两端,实者以痰浊、血瘀为主;虚者以阴伤、气虚为主。其病位证素以胃为主,与肝、脾等脏关系密切。
Totally 156 cases of esophageal cancer treated by ZHOU Zhongying from August 2003 to July 2012 were collected to establish case database. The disease location factors and pathological factors were extracted and ana- lyzed with frequency and factor analysis. There were 18 pathogenesis factors extracted including 12 pathological factors and 6 disease location factors. The common pathological factors of repletion patterns were blood stasis, phlegm turbid- ity, qi depression and fire heat. The common pathological factors of deficiency patterns were yin deficiency and qi de- ficiency. The disease location was mainly related to stomach, spleen, liver and lung. The pathogenesis factors those frequencies greater than 10% were analyzed and 5 common factors were extracted. Factor 1 was damp, fire heat and liver. Factor 2 was qi deficiency and yin deficiency. Factor 3 was blood stasis and phlegm turbidity. Factor 4 was qi depression, stomach and liver. Factor 5 was lung and stomach. The result suggested that Prof. ZHOU Zhongying trea- ted esophageal cancer from repletion patterns and deficiency ity and blood stasis.
