摘要
研究了白色填料填充的高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶/天然橡胶(HVPB/NR)并用胶料的加工性能、物理-机械性能和微观结构形态。结果表明,该并用体系是微观多相体系,相畴为100~500nm。随HVPB用量增加,胶料的抗湿滑性、耐磨耗性、格林强度和脆性温度上升,混炼胶收缩率下降,拉伸强度、交联密度下降,混炼包辊性和硫化离模性变差。当用白色填料填充时,并用胶特中HVPB的配比低于50%时才便于加工使用。
The processing and phsical properties and microstructure morphology of high vinyl polybutadiene (HVPB)/NR blend loaded mineral filler were studied. The results showed that HVPB/NR blead was microheterogeaeous. The domain sizes ranged from 100-500nm. With the increase of HVPB ratio the skid resistance index, abrasion performance, green strength, brittle point temperature were getting increasing, the mill shrinkage, TS and cross-linking density were getting decreasing) the mill banding and mold releasing properties were getting bad. Only if HVPB ratio was below 50%, the processing and physical properties were suitable for industry.
