摘要
食品安全和农业污染问题引起越来越多的关注,有机农业的出现成为解决途径之一。以北京密云县蔡家洼有机产品生产基地为案例,该村通过学习台湾农庄管理经验,采取土地流转的方式,引入村企共建的发展模式,不仅解决了本地村民就业问题,也顺应了北京市场对有机产品的需求。对蔡家洼基地有机农产品的市场需求进行了分析,归纳了消费者购买有机产品的影响因素,并对目前的市场状况进行了细分。
Food safety and agricultural pollution arouse public attention. Developing organic agriculture is a feasible approach to solving above issues. Taking an organic agricultural products base of Caijiawa in Miyun county of Beijing as an example and learning from the experience of farm management of Taiwan, a new land transfer mechanism was established. Cooperation with company was introduced. It not only solved the problem of employment, but also met market demand of organic prod- ucts. Factors affecting the buying motive and market segmentation are summarized.
