摘要
用乳液聚合方法合成了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚丙烯酸丁酯的互穿聚合物网络(IPN)。动态力学分析结果表明:这种半相容的PMMA/PnBA乳胶IPN在-50°~+60℃温度范围内具有良好的阻尼性能,组成和交联剂用量影响该体系的相容性和阻尼性能。
Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN'S) of poly (methylmethacrylate) and poly (n-butyl acrylate) have been synthesized in latex form. Dynamic mechanical spectroscopy studies on these materials revealed excellent damping properties over a temperature range of -50^- + 60℃, illustrating the semimiscible uatrue of these material. Also, composition and crosslinker content had an effect on the miscibility and damping properties of PMMA/PnBA latex IPN.
