摘要
近年来，高职教师队伍的“双师型”结构培养在高职院校得到注重，从而形成了实践技能课程逐步主要由具有相应高技能水平的兼职教师讲授的机制。但是，高职院校教学团队的整体水平在总体上与我国目前的高职教育发展需求还有一定差距。因此，高职院校需要进一步加强教学团队建设，必须要从发展终身教育的适应人才培养模式改革需要出发。
In recent years, more attention is paid to the training of double structure of higher vocational teachers in higher vocational colleges, thus it is forming the mechanism that practical skills course will be mainly taught by high skilled part - time teachers. There is a big gap between the overall level of teaching team in higher vocational colleges and the demand of current higher vocational education development in our country. Therefore, to further strengthen the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges, it must start from the development of life- long education needs to adapt to the talent training mode reform.
