摘要
某核电站用离心式冷水机组蒸发器/冷凝器铜管在投运前发生制冷剂泄漏,通过对泄漏点进行微观分析,并从设备制造工艺过程排查产生问题的原因,确认换热器铜管在出厂前内壁残留了少量的空压机润滑油。残留的润滑油在一定潮湿空气中长期暴露而水解酸化形成铜管敏感的羧基酸根介质,进而在铜管表面产生电化学反应形成蚁巢腐蚀,最终造成泄漏。
The refrigerant leakage happened prior operation in centrifugal water chiller installed in one nuclear power station. It is found that refrigerant is leaking from the cop- per tubes of the evaporator and condenser. Through microanalyses to the leaking spots,it exeludes the possibility of leaking caused by incorrect manufacturing process and it's con- firmed that the leakage is caused by corroded cooper tubes in the heat exchanger. It is found there is rudimental lubricant oil from the air compressor on the copper tube inner surface before the heat exchanger leaving the factory. After a long time exposure in the moist atmosphere, the rudimental lubricant was hydrolyzed and acidated, which became sensitive carboxylic acid radieal medium,and resulted eleetrochemistry reaction and formed ant-nest erosion on the tube surface. Leakage occurred then.
