摘要
鄂州球团厂2000吨转窑是刚从美国引进的世界上单体生产规模最大的先进设备。在试运行阶段,发生了托辊、轴瓦滚动的错位事故,按美方的处理方案,最少需要1个月以上的施工工期,不能满足武钢同时配套施工的冶炼生产线的开工计划。针对这一问题,分别在头尾两组托辊轮带间,用四台5000kN油压垂直顶起窑体;利用3000kN液压起重机分别将托辊及托辊支座整体吊运检修,达到了设计水平。
The pelletizing plant is the largest individual advanced production equipment in the world in- troduced from America. The American party is responsible for supplying the key equipment and installa- tion. However, dislocation accident of bearing shell happened in the test run. The American＇s plan, which will take more than one month to complete the task, cannot meet the requirement of WISCO＇s production line. Four sets of 5000KN-hydraulic machine are used between the two sets of idlers to jack up the kiln body, with idlers and idler footstep lifted by a 3000KN hydraulic hoist. As a result, the design require- ment was met.
