罗伊适应模式在1例血液透析病人护理中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 血液透析是进入终末期肾脏病终生替代主要疗法之一,病人对疾病和昂贵的医疗费产生悲观、恐惧、焦虑、绝望情绪,罗伊将人视为一个适应系统,人不断识别环境中的刺激,通过生理调节和心理调节来适应环境,人的适应水平取决于主要刺激和相关刺激的联合作用,人的适应行为经由生理功能,自我概念角色功能,相互依赖4项模式呈现出适应性反应及无效反应两种,并通过作用,促使病人调整适应方式应付刺激,罗伊适应模式的护理程序有6个步骤,即一级评估、二级评估、护理诊断、护理目标、护理措施及效果评价,护理人员依从护理程序来协助病人达到适应的目标,以维持最佳的健康状态.
