摘要
在UOPHF法直链烷基苯生产过程中 ,C10~ 13轻蜡是主要生产原料之一 ,其一般来自UOP配套MOLEX装置。目前 ,国内HF法烷基苯装置有三套 ,而轻蜡生产装置只有两套 ,因此C10~ 13轻蜡供应很紧张。为此 ,我们选择了与轻蜡组成较接近的轻组份———中压法羰基合成脂肪醇的副产物进行了烷基苯生产实验 ,对此烷基苯从使用角度进行了探讨 ,与用轻蜡产烷基苯进行了质量对比 ,并用此烷基苯在磺化装置上进行了磺酸生产实验 ,将实验结果与正常磺酸进行质量对比 ,最后认为用轻组份生产的烷基苯与正常原料产磺酸相比 ,磺酸含量稍低 ,色泽稍深 ,可以用于磺酸色泽和纯度要求不太严格的产品。
In the manufacture of linear alkyl benzene (LAB) for detergents n -paraffin is one of the main materials and it is usually from UOP MOLEX plant. Three LAB complexes has been built in China in past ten years but there are only two MOLEX plants, so the supply of n -paraffin has been in shortage. In order to find new materials to replace the paraffin, light ends, by-product of SHELL OXO plant, was used for producing LAB. The properties of the LAB produced by using light ends is compared with the LAB produced with light paraffin.Then the LAB was used as material in the manufacture of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid and give a total contrast to the sulfonic acid. We believe that the sulfonic acid content of the product produced using this material is lower, its color is deeper than the normal sulfonic acid, and it can be used in the situation that the requirement to the color and purity is lower.
