摘要 基于统计学理论及图像分析技术 ,提出了一种测量流动中颗粒粒径的粒子成像方法。该方法不仅避免了采样的繁琐 ,可以进行非浸入式的实时测量 ,而且能够定量完成全流场中颗粒群粒径分布的瞬态测量。成功地作出了 1~ 10 μm范围内的粒子直径标定线 ,然后用该曲线进行了颗粒粒径的实际测量。结果表明 ,测量值与真实值吻合较好 。 Based on the statistical principle and image analysis theory, a new particle image method for measuring the particle diameters in flows is developed. This method can avoid the complication of sampling and do the real time measurement without any disturbance, as well as do the instantaneous measurement quantitatively in the whole field. The calibrating line of particle diameters within 1~10 μm is successfully drawn and then is applied to measure the particle diameters in practice. The measured results fitted well with the results of Coulter analysis, which proves the feasibility of this method.
