摘要
利用传统的固相反应法制备了单层和双层KNN基无铅压电陶瓷.用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜研究了样品的相结构和晶粒分布.研究结果表明,双层陶瓷的两种组元在界面处匹配完好.与单层陶瓷相比,由于双层陶瓷中两种成分高温下在界面处相互扩散和渗透,因此双层陶瓷表现出较高的致密度,较大的压电常数和剩余极化强度.该制备方法对于进一步提高KNN基陶瓷的压电性能具有重要意义.
In this paper, monolayer and double layer lead-free KNN-based ceramics were pre- pared using the solid-state reaction technique, and contrasts were made between the conven- tional and the new preparation processes. All samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the two components of the double layer ceramics could match well. The double layer KNN-based samples show higher piezoelec- tric constants and higher remanent polarization compared with the end members, which is probably due to the interdiffusion between the two components near the interface at high tem- perature and the enhanced densification achieved by the modified preparation method. The new method is a potential preparation process which will lead to further improvements in the prop- erties of KNN-based piezoelectric materials.
