有机钴盐增进橡胶/镀铜钢丝粘合的新机理假设 被引量:10

摘要 添加适量有机钴盐,可增加橡胶/镀铜钢丝的TCAT抽出力。用SEM观察经角鲨烯模型试验处理过的镀铜钢丝,发现有机钴盐可使镀铜钢丝表面生成许多小颗粒。据此,本文提出了关于有机钴盐增粘机理的一种新的假设。 The addition of organic cobalt complex to NR compound increases the TCAT pull-out force of the brass-plated steel cord. The SEM photo shows that much more grains exist on the surface of the brass-plated steel cord treated with squalene solution containing organic cobalt complex. A new hypothetical mechanism for organic cobalt complex to promote the NR/brass-plated steel cord adhesion is presented as follows:The organic cobalt complex may play as a surface-active additive which may be locally absorbed on the brass surface and physically impedes or influences the pattern of sulfide growth on brass surface. The individual embryo grains of CuxS grow epitaxially and result in a much higher surface area sulfide. The tight interlocking of rubber and sulfide improves the adhesion between brass and rubber. Some cobalt complex may be trapped in the growing sulfide. The cobalt complex trapped in the CuxS decreases the conductivity and dezincifica-tion and relieves the internal stress in the sulfide.
