摘要
劳动力转移培训是有效提高农村劳动力职业素养,提升其工资性收入的重要途径。智慧城市的建设为农村劳动力转移培训创新提供了有利条件。本文对目前劳动力转移培训存在的问题进行了分析,提出了在智慧城市时代构建具双向互动、自主选择、海量资源特点的劳动力转移培训平台的设想。
Labor force transfer training is the important approach to enhance the professional ism of rural labor force, and then enhance their nonfarm income. Building smart city provides favor able conditions for the training innovation of rural labor force. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of labor force transfer training, the idea of establishing a labor force transfer training plat form with the characteristics of bidirectional interaction, independent choice, massive share in smart city times was put forward.
