摘要
目的 测查简明自知力评定量表的信度和效度。方法 使用简明自知力评定量表对 79例精神分裂症患者的自知力进行评定 ,测查其信度和效度。结果 显示该量表的重测信度为 0 .83,评定者之间的信度为 0 .91,分半信度为 0 .84,与 ITAQ及临床自知力评定结果之间的效标效度分别为 0 .72和 0 .76 ,与 BPRS的相关系数为 - 0 .31。
Objective To test the reliability and validity of Brief Inside Rating Scale Method Using Brief Inside Rating Scale,79 case schizophrenia patients were tested,Reliability and validity of BIRS were calculated Results Restlts showed the test retest reliability was 0 83,half split reliability was 0 84 and between testers was 0 91;there was significant correlation between BIRS and clinical rating,ITPQ,BPRS(r=0 72,r=0 76,r= 0 31).Conclusion This scale had good reliability and validity
