摘要
为了探明生态湿地在求索溪水体水质净化中的作用，本研究于2012年2月至12月定期现场监测求索溪水体的溶解氧（DO）、温度和透明度（SD）等环境指标及总磷（TP）、总氮（TN）、叶绿素a（Chla）和pH值等水质指标；利用监测分析得到的数据结果，采用修正的营养状态指数（TSI）进行评价．结果表明，求索溪水质全年营养状态指数分布在68—87之间，超出富营养化标准（TSI〉54）；生态湿地对求索溪水体水质有一定净化作用，求索溪水体下游水体比上游的TN和TP浓度明显降低，sD略有降低，Chla和DO浓度明显升高．
