Determination of Arsenic in Atmospheric Fine Particulates PM_(2. 5) by Microwave Digestion and Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy

摘要 采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定大气细颗粒物中的砷,确定了最佳样品处理方法与测定条件。方法在0μg/L~40.0μg/L范围内线性良好,标准曲线相关系数达0.999以上,检出限为0.01μg/L。土壤标准品的测定值在标准值范围内,大气PM2.5滤膜样品加标回收率为96.0%~102%,5次平行测定的RSD为1.5%~3.6%。 Samples of atmospheric fine particulates was digested by microwave ,and arsenic was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy ( AFS) .The experimental conditions for treating and an-alyzing samples were optimized .The correlation coefficient of standard curve could reach more than 0 .999 be-tween 0μg/L^40.0μg/L, and the detection limit was 0.01μg/L.The analysis results of national soil standard materials were all within standard value ranges .The recovery rate of standard addition in the sample was in the range of 96%to 102%.RSD of result by the five parallel determination was 1.5%to 3.6%.
