摘要 目的探讨脑小血管病的神经影像学表现与认知障碍的相关性,评价影像学检查方法对脑小血管病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析50例临床诊断为脑小血管病患者的影像资料及神经心理学资料,常规行MRI检查,结合神经心理学量表及神经影像学表现进行分析。结果 50例患者的神经心理学量表(MMSE)结果与脑白质损害评定量分级有显著的相关性。结论 MRI能很好显示脑小血管病引起的一系列表现,而且与神经心理学有显著的相关性,可为脑小血管病的临床诊断提供有效影像学的依据。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the neuroimaging and clinical features of cerebral small vessel disease with cognitive impairment, and evaluate the diagnostic value of imageological examination on cerebral small vessel disease. Methods The neuropsyehological and radiology imaging data of 50 patients with cerebral small vessel disease were analyzed retrospectively. Data analysis were performed by combining the routine cerebral MRI and neuropsy- ehologieal scale. Results There was significant correlation between MMSE and Fazekas-scale. Conclusion MRI can clearly demonstrate the manifestation of cerebral small vessel disease, and provide useful information for the clinical diagno- sis of cerebral small vessel disease.
