摘要
结合某钢铁厂1×600 m2烧结机烟气余热利用方案,探讨了烧结机烟气余热利用存在的主要问题,包括工艺热平衡、低温酸腐蚀及粉尘磨损三个方面,并提出了相应的解决方案。展望了烧结机大烟道废气余热利用的发展前景。
In combination with flue gas waste heat utilization scheme of a 1 x 600 nl2 sinter machine in an iron and steel plant, the main problems existing in waste heat utilization of sinter machine flue gas were discussed in terms of the process heat balance, low temperature acid corrosion and dust wear, the corresponding solution schemes were proposed, and the development prospect for waste heat utilization of sintering flue gas was expected.
