摘要
用红外光谱、元素分析、电子显微镜等技术研究了C_2H_2/CO/H_2O、C_2H_2/CO_2/H_2的等离子体聚合物薄膜的结构和表面形态,广角X射线衍射实验研究其结晶情况,分析观察了这两种等离子体聚合物的溶解性和热稳定性。结果表明,这两种等离子体聚合物薄膜具有高交联、支化程度,且分子链排列完全无序。
The surface morphology and structure of plasma polymic thin films of C2H2/CO/H2O and C2H2/CO2/H2 were studied with IR, Element Analysis, and SEM methods. The crystallinity of the plasma polymeric thin film was investigated by WAXD. The plasma polymeric thin films were then tested for solubility and thermalstability.lt was showed that the plasma polymeric thin films were highly branched and crosslinked, the complete absence of crystallinity.
