摘要
石灰石矿粉是目前使用最为广泛的一种矿粉 ,但由于其存在与沥青相容性差 ,表面疏松多孔等问题 ,使得矿粉对沥青的分散能力较差 ,因此影响到了沥青胶浆的结构形成和沥青混凝土的路用性能 ,但这一问题并没有得到足够的重视与研究。文中采用粉体活化的方法 ,制备了活化矿粉 ,对由活化矿粉组成的沥青胶浆的性能作了的研究 ,发现通过矿粉活化可以显著提高矿粉的分散性 ,提高沥青胶浆的软化点和抗老化性能。
Due to its poor properties,such as the bad compatibility between limestone powde r and asphalt mortar as well as rauchness loosen pores on its surface,limestone powder is not good kind of filler.Furthermore,it influences on the structure for m ing and makes the rutting resistance of asphalt concrete poor.However,these prob lems were not researched deeply until now.By powder modifying technology,a resea rch on filler’s modifying was carried out and then a type of limestone powder w ith chemical active was made in lab.Then some pavement properties of asphalt mor tar with active powder were also investigated deeply.It was found that the scatt ering ability of limestone powder,the rutting resistance and aging resistance of asphalt mortar improved markedly.The results of this study will give the signif icance on the theoretical research and application.
