摘要
对渤海新区政府的人才和经济发展战略、典型企业的人才需求特点及河北农业大学渤海校区实践教学情况进行了实地调研和分析,以河北农业大学渤海校区为例,提出了一条突出培养应用型、复合型人才的专业实践能力路线图,并提出了基于政产学研协同发展的高校实践育人的实施方案。
This article has carried on the investigation and analysis on talent and economic de- velopment strategy of government, characteristics of talent demand in typical enterprises, the practice teaching condition of Bohai campus of Agricultural University of Hebei in Bohai Area, and has tried to explore out a talent training roadmap with applied and compound professional practice abilities, then come up with the executive plans for talent education by Industry-Aca- demic-Research with government coordinated in agriculture and forestry universities.
