摘要
语言注意是当前认知语言学研究的热点问题之一。说话的过程是如何体现语言与注意的呢?本文基于Talmy的语言注意系统理论,以Levelt的《说话的认知心理过程》中说话的流程、语信的生成、凸显的显现、焦点产生和话题的选择为例,探讨说话过程中注意是如何表征的。我们认为,心理语言学家关注的是注意对言语产出的监控作用,认知语言学家关心的是语言对注意的引导和分配作用;两者的理论成果可以互为借鉴,共同发展。
The research of language attention is one of the hot topics in current cognitive linguistics.How does the process of speaking materialize language attention?Based on the theory of Talmy's language attention system,this paper explores how attention is represented in the speaking process by the examples of the procedure of speaking,the generation of message,the show of the salience,the production of focus and the choice of topic in Levelt's Speaking:From Intention to Articulation. Generally,psycholinguists focus on the monitoring function of attention while cognitive linguists care for the leading and distributing function of language attention.The studies of both can draw lessons from each other and develop together.
