摘要
采用非参数DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法测算了2002-2011年浙江省高星级酒店全要素生产率,并将其分解为技术进步与技术效率。研究结果表明:技术进步是推动浙江省高星级酒店全要素生产率增长的主要源泉,而技术效率基本处于负增长状态;浙江省高星级酒店全要素生产率增长表现出显著的波动性,并存在市级差异;收敛检验结果表明,在整体样本时期内,浙江省高星级酒店全要素生产率存在绝对贝塔收敛。此外,文章又采用DEA-BCC模型,测算了2011年浙江省高星级酒店综合技术效率,并进行了投入产出改进分析。
Based on the non-parameter DEA-Malmquist index, this paper analyzes total factor productivity of Zhe)iang' s high-star hotels from 2002 to 2011, which is decomposed into efficiency change and technical change. Results show that: Technical change is the main resource of total factor productivity growth of Zhejiang's high-star hotels~ and technical efficiency is in the negative growth condition: Total factor productivity growth of Zhejiang's high-star hotels shows significantly volatility, and provincial differences; Convergence test results show that, in the overall sample period, total factor productivity growth of Zhejiang's high- star hotels shows the absolute beta convergence. In addition, based on DEA-BCC model, this paper measures technical efficiency in 2011, and carries out input-output improvement analysis.
