黄芪多糖浸泡种蛋对雏鸡抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨黄芪多糖浸泡种蛋对雏鸡抗氧化性能的影响,选取质量一致的固始鸡种蛋60枚,随机分为2组进行常规孵化。一组种蛋分别在7、8、9胚龄时用质量浓度为20mg/L的黄芪多糖浸泡,另一组用蒸馏水浸泡,记录出雏情况,测定雏鸡血清和肝脏组织抗氧化物酶活性。结果显示:黄芪多糖浸泡种蛋能提高雏鸡出雏率,降低死胚率,提高健雏率;显著增加雏鸡出雏体质量及肝脏质量,且肝脏指数显著升高;显著增强血清和肝脏组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶的活力,且显著降低丙二醛含量。以上结果表明,黄芪多糖浸泡种蛋能够改善种蛋孵化效果,提高雏鸡抗氧化性能。 To test the effect of Astragalus po[ysaccharides (APS) on the antioxidant ability of chicken,fertilized eggs were soaked in 20 mg/L APS solution for 6 min on embryonic days 7 (E7) ,E8 and E9. On hatching day, the body and liver weights,the activities of both GSH-Px and SOD,and the concentration of MDA were detected. The results showed that the hatch rate was increased and the death rate of embryos was decreased. Meanwhile the body weight and the index of liver were significantly increased, which coincided with the increase of the activities of GSH-Px and SOD of liver, as well as the decrease of the content of MDA. The data suggest that 20 mg/L APS solution im- proves the antioxidant ability of chicken by soaking fertilized eggs before incubation.
